Anne-Marie qualified as a Solicitor in 1991. She joined
JW O'Donovan in 1996, and was made a partner in early
2003. Anne-Marie has broad experience in a number
of areas of law, having started her working career in a
smaller general practice. Anne-Marie has worked in
the area of civil litigation for many years, dealing with
both plaintiff work and defence work, primarily in the
Circuit Court and in the High Court. Anne-Marie has a
large private client base for whom she deals in the main
with residential conveyancing, drafting wills, and dealing
with probates and administration of estates. Anne-Marie
also specialises in commercial property transactions,
including sales and purchases of licensed premises,
and in addition works in the area of banking law with
the Firm. Anne-Marie has lectured in property law and
spoken at events hosted for first-time buyers. |
