Ciara McDonnell qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 having completed her training with the firm. Ciara practises in the firm's commercial property department dealing principally with the sale, acquisition and lease of commercial units, with a particular focus on retail developments. Ciara advises both Landlords and Tenants on all aspects of commercial property such as the negotiation of commercial leases, surrenders, assignments, licence agreements and related issues.

Ciara also practises in the corporate department of the firm, advising in particular on company structures, mergers and acquisitions and the legal and taxation implications of company reconstructions.

Ciara has continued her education in the area of taxation and qualified as a Registered Tax Consultant in 2008 with the Irish Taxation Institute. Prior to specialising, Ciara gained a wealth of experience in general practice.
