Jerome qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 having trained with JW O'Donovan and was made a partner in 1997. He works mainly in the commercial property area and has particular experience in the retail sector. He also practises in employment law. He has lectured on professional indemnity insurance for the Law Society and on landlord & tenant law for other professional bodies. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and a former President of the Southern Law Association.
