Pat qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and gained his A.I.T.I.
qualification in 1990. He became a partner with JW
O'Donovan in 1998. He has lectured extensively for
both the Law Society and the Institute of Taxation. He
is currently Chairman of both the Law Society Taxation
Committee and the Taxation Advisory Liaison Committee
(TALC), which is a high-level consultative body between
the Revenue Commissioners and the legal, accounting
and taxation professions. Pat is also a member of the Law
Society's Probate, Administration and Trust Committee as
well as being a member of the Institute of Taxation, and is
a past chairman of its Cork/Kerry region. |
