Ray qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and became a partner with JW O'Donovan in 1987. Co-founder of the Law Society's Diploma in property tax, he has lectured on company law issues and taxation to a wide business audience. Outside of law, he has a keen interest in athletics and has represented Ireland at International level as an athlete, coach and manager.
