David has many years experience as an employment law specialist and commercial litigation solicitor. He represents large multi-national and indigenous companies as well as organisations and individuals on all aspects of employment law including contract negotiation, severance agreements, redundancies, transfer of undertakings and employment related investigations.  He also appears before the Workplace relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts in respect of all manner of employment issues.

David also regularly advises companies and shareholders in respect of disputes within companies and partnerships and other commercial disputes and the resolution of same through litigation, arbitration and mediation.

David is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Southern law Association and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
