Ray works mainly in corporate finance, tax and company law and as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Co-founder of the Law Society’s Diploma in property tax, he has lectured on company law issues and taxation to a wide business audience. Outside of law, he has a keen interest in athletics and has represented Ireland at international level as an athlete, coach and manager.
